AMTC Movement: Preachers Without A Pulpit (Part 2, Conclusion)
Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in Heaven.
Matthew 5:16 (NKJV)
The works that I do in My Father's name, they bear witness of Me.
John 10:25 (NKJV)
I believe the movement of actors, models, and talent for Christ is a church without a roof starring preachers without a pulpit. Through it, every person on the face of our 21st century earth will see a true witness of Jesus Christ.

As God's performers rise into positions within the entertainment industry, their work must precede their words to a non-believing culture. Jesus is our perfect example. No greater Superstar will ever exist. So follow Him. He set the stage for us by His Own work to a non-believing culture.

Consider these words by a New York agent who is a woman of faith:

'I'm imagining a person (it has happened before) coming into our office and preaching to the staff (or even me). It doesn't work, mesh, gel. But a person who is kind, professional, and just all around awesome because of what he believes makes all the difference in the world. The successful agents of the world can find out what his 'secret' is later... It's all about showing others love. ESPECIALLY in this industry, where most people feel none' (Stephanie Keel, AMTC Coach and Grad, now working as an agent in New York).

The time of your verbal witness will surely come. And when it does? Jesus says, 'Do not worry about how or what you should answer, or what you should say. For the Holy Spirit will teach you in that very hour what you ought to say' (Luke 12:11-12).

Until that God-ordained moment when someone 'Asks you a reason for the hope that is in you' (1 Peter 3:15), speak with your excellent behavior--especially off stage.

"I labored, yet not I. By the grace of God, I am what I am, and do what I do' (paraphrase of 1 Corinthians 15:10). I love God's Word. As a late-in-life committed Christian with no Bible training prior to age 51, some people wonder how I'm qualified to write devotions. I wonder that, too. But God loves children and fools for Him. I am both. Ghost Writer? God.
