I am the Light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the Light of life.
If we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the Blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.
The mystery which has been hidden from ages and from generations... now has been revealed to His saints.
For nothing is secret that will not be revealed, nor anything hidden that will not be known and come to light.
Imagine people glowing--with light radiating from their bodies. We've seen paintings of Jesus shining, of angels surrounded by halos. We've read descriptions of Jesus in the Bible, when He was transfigured before Peter, James and John:
'As He was praying, the appearance of His Face changed' (Luke 9:29); 'His Face shone like the sun' (Matthew 17:2), 'And His garments became radiant and exceedingly white, as no launderer on earth can whiten them' (Mark 9:3).
Now imagine yourselves glowing: 'The people who walked in darkness have seen a great Light; Those who dwelt in the land of the shadow of death, upon them a Light has shined' (Isaiah 9:2). 'They looked to Him and were radiant' (Psalm 34:5). Because within your heart is high-intensity Light.
Actors, models and talent for Christ: 'To you it has been granted to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven' (Matthew 13:11): 'The mystery hidden for long ages past, but now revealed and made known' (Romans 16:25-26).
The Mystery now revealed is Jesus: the Answer, the Embodiment of peace, passion and purpose--now and forever. Your job? Of Him, 'Speak in the light... proclaim upon the housetops' (Matthew 10:27). Be transparent. No hypocrisy or hidden agenda. 'No variation or shifting shadow' (James 1:17).
Actors, models and talent for Christ: 'You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven' (Matthew 5:14-16).
Regarding your movement into media: 'You, yourselves, are our letter, written on our hearts, known and read by everyone' (2 Corinthians 3:2). Like God's open Book, you glow. In fellowship, you glow brighter.
