'As for Me,' says the Lord, 'this is My covenant with them: My Spirit Who is upon you, and My words which I have put in your mouth, shall not depart from your mouth, nor from the mouth of your descendants, nor from the mouth of your descendants' descendants,' says the Lord, 'from this time and forevermore.'
Notice the position of God's words in this scripture: 'In your mouth' (Isaiah 59:21). Not 'in your Bible.' Not 'on the screen of your church.' Not sitting quietly in the middle of a war. God's Word is meant to be spoken!
'To You, O my Strength, I will sing praises; For God is my defense, My God of mercy' (Psalm 59:17).
'Deliver me, O Lord, from my enemies; In You I take shelter' (Psalm 143:9).
'The God of my strength, in Whom I will trust; My shield and The Horn of my salvation, My Stronghold and my Refuge; My Savior, You save me from violence' (2 Samuel 22:3).
'The Lord lives! Blessed be my Rock! Let God be exalted, the Rock of my salvation!' (2 Samuel 22:47).
'But You have saved us from our enemies, and have put to shame those who hated us' (Psalm 44:7).
'But thus says the Lord: 'Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away, and the prey of the terrible be delivered; For I will contend with him who contends with you, and I will save your children' ' (Isaiah 49:25).
'Let those be ashamed and dishonored who seek my life; Let those be turned back and humiliated who devise evil against me. Let them be like chaff before the wind, With the angel of the Lord driving them on. Let their way be dark and slippery, With the angel of the Lord pursuing them' (Psalm 35:4-6).
'Upon the wicked He will rain snares; Fire and brimstone and burning wind will be the portion of their cup. For the Lord is righteous; He loves righteousness; The upright will behold His Face' (Psalm 11:6-7).
'Depart from me, all you who do iniquity, For the Lord has heard the voice of my weeping. The Lord has heard my supplication, The Lord receives my prayer. All my enemies shall be ashamed and greatly dismayed; They shall turn back, they shall suddenly be ashamed' (Psalm 6:8-10).
Conclusion: 'Please inquire for the Word of the Lord today' (1 Kings 22:5), because...
