Gather My saints together to Me.
Though one may be overpowered by another, two can withstand him. And a threefold cord is not quickly broken.
If Jesus sends us, His saints, on a dangerous mission, He sends us perfectly equipped. We wear the armor of God as a defense, hold the Word of God as a weapon, and follow the Spirit of God as our Guide. We also have the power of assembly:
'And the Heavens will praise Your wonders, O Lord; Your faithfulness also in the assembly of the saints' (Psalm 89:5).
In considering the wandering stars of entertainment who say they began as Christians, where did they go wrong?
#1: They forgot their defense, their weapons, and their Guide.
#2: They neglected the assembly of the saints. If Jesus sent His first disciples 'Out two by two' (Mark 6:7), we weren't meant to go alone.
Therefore, the next star quality of a saint is...
Sweet Fellowship: 'And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together' (Hebrews 10:24-25). Close fellowship with other believers is vital 'To establish you and encourage you concerning your faith' (1 Thessalonians 3:2), as well as your talent.
Godly fellowship brings accountability and good help. Performers are prevented from being surrounded by 'yes people' who promote worldly success as the highest standard: 'If a man is overtaken in any trespass, you who are spiritual restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness. Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ' (Galatians 6:1-2).
And remember the power of partnered prayer: 'Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in Heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them' (Matthew 18:19-20).
Therein is stage name #11: Saint, along with saintly star quality #3, 'sweet fellowship' (Psalm 55:14).
