And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.
I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word; that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me. And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are One: I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me.
If 'Bad company corrupts' (1 Corinthians 15:33, NKJV)...
Then good company cleanses. 'For where two or three gather together as My followers, I am there among them' (Matthew 18:20, NLT)... 'And the Blood of Jesus, His Son, cleanses us from all sin' (1 John 1:7, NLT).
What company is better than Jesus? Surely none, but note the positive presence of your Christian kin. Uplifting fellowship is a safeguard in a world of strife.
Jesus told His followers to 'Go into all the world and preach The Gospel to every creature' (Mark 16:15, NKJV). But consider their first missionary excursion: He sent them out 'Two by two' (Mark 6:7, NKJV).
Because 'Two are better than one... they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, one will lift up his companion' (Ecclesiastes 4:9-10, NKJV)...
Because 'Iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another' (Proverbs 27:17, NIV),
And they could 'Consider one another in order to stir up love and good works' (Hebrews 10:24, NKJV).
They could 'Encourage one another' (1 Thessalonians 5:11, NIV), as 'Members of His Body' (Ephesians 5:30, NIV).
Consider: Going into world is like going to work. Godly fellowship is like coming home--to your family in Christ, for rest and renewal...
Because you work better that way. Therein, good fellowship is a success strategy.
