I saw Heaven standing open and there before me was a white horse, whose Rider is called Faithful and True. With justice He judges and wages war. His Eyes are like blazing fire, and on His Head are many crowns. He has a Name written on Him that no one knows but He Himself. He is dressed in a robe dipped in blood, and His Name is the Word of God.
Jesus played the most brilliant game on earth, with moves so surprising and dynamic that the enemy was caught red-handed. Who could have guessed God's amazing entrance or the low position He would assume. He feigned weakness and concealed His glory in three full decades of nonresistance.
When He was about to step on the field, Mary requested a special favor, and the Son of God made a splendid move. He transformed plain water into fine wine, and Satan's death-grip on mankind trembled. The Captain recruited His starting team, while the enemy scrambled to stop them.
Jesus scored point after point after point. Unprepared for this series of setbacks, the enemy team became desperate. Since they could not overcome His Spirit, they tried to get His plays disqualified, arguing over Rules they had twisted. But The Word would win every war of words.
At the end of our Captain's field trials, the devil thought he had the Top Man pinned. He thought he had His plan nailed on a Cross. He thought he had Christ's team running in fear. He thought he had broken Jesus, the Man.
He thought wrong. The deceiver was deceived.
Actors, models and talent for Christ: Jesus set the stage for your entrance. Although the enemy still hustles, Jesus revealed his game plan to you. Even more, He gave you the power to push back his offensive movements while you gain precious publicity.
Has this game continued until now for the age of media to come? For the technology to be built where you can be everywhere at once?
Where the Good News you're sent to witness can be broadcast to millions of hearts? Because your Captain's coming back soon, and your performance can clear His path.
