The Movement
Rise, He is calling you.
Mark 10:49 (NKJV)
This verse is from the story of blind Bartemeus, the son of Timeus, who would not be quieted.

When Bartemeus heard that Jesus was close by, 'he began to cry out and say, 'Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!' Then many warned him to be quiet; but he cried out all the more' (v.47-48).

Today, millions of sons and daughters cry out for light, and they will not be quieted. They form a movement, His movement, and it will be bigger than anything the world has known since Jesus came here as a man.

They recognize hypocrites and truth stealers, a.k.a. spinmeisters. Politicians made the word famous, but the media made it global. Their dizzying messages blind and deafen.

Light seekers may feel isolated, like Bartemeus or John the Baptist, as 'the voice of one crying in the wilderness,' but they are not alone (Matthew 3:3). Individually, they rise. Together, they form a movement that cannot be stopped.

Actors, Models & Talent for Christ are part of God's movement--the crest of a wave beginning to break on the shores of the entertainment industry.

If you are tempted to fear, 'Only be strong and of good courage' (Joshua 1:18). God is the wind behind you; Jesus is the Star before you, and the Holy Spirit gives you strength.

Rejoice in your vision, and do what Bartemeus did; 'immediately he received his sight and followed Jesus on the road' (Mark 10:52).

You are the movement.
